The restart count for the process to be managed exceeded the preset value. management-target-process-name is the name of one of the processes comprising each component managed by process management.

Check the integrated trace log that is output by the management-target process which was terminated, and eliminate the cause of the error. Use the jbs_spmd_status command to check the status, and then restart the process management. If the management-target process does not output any message, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
