Make sure that system memory is sufficient and the product has been installed correctly. Check also whether the preset values in the extended startup process definition file (jp1bs_service_0700.conf) are correct. In addition, check whether there is any process to be managed by the process management that has not ended normally.
Delete the extended startup process definition file, and then start the process manager.
