An error occurred during startup of the service due to one of the following reasons:

• The length of the JP1_HOSTNAME environment variable exceeded 256 characters.

• The resources required for starting the process did not exist.

• An internal error occurred during startup of the process.

Terminates the service abnormally.

Check the following. If the problem cannot be corrected, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.

• Make sure that the environment variable has been specified using 255 or fewer characters.

• Make sure that there are sufficient memory and other system resources required for executing the command.
