Check the following. If the problem cannot be corrected, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.

• Make sure that appropriate permission is set for the destination where the command execution log file is saved.

• Check whether the command execution log file is corrupted.

  If the command execution log file is normal, execute the data collection tool of JP1/IM, and then contact the system administrator.
