Check the following:

Make sure that sufficient system resources and available memory are allocated.
Make sure that the OS is running normally.
In UNIX, make sure that sufficient disk space is allocated under /var/opt/jp1base.
In UNIX, make sure that there are appropriate permissions under /var/opt/jp1base.

If the problem cannot be corrected, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
