An attempt to receive data from the authentication server has failed.

Data could not be received from the authentication server. Another possibility is that the authentication server does not support the function.

Terminates command processing.

(O)

Make sure that the network connection is correct and the version of the authentication server is correct.

If you enabled SSL communication on the authentication server host, check the following settings related to the communication encryption function (SSL communication):

  • Is the value of the ENABLE parameter the same at the connection source and at the connection destination?

  • Are the correct file names specified in the CERTIFICATEFILE and PRIVATEKEYFILE parameters?

  • Was the CSR of the certificate specified in the CERTIFICATEFILE parameter issued using the private key specified in the PRIVATEKEYFILE parameter?

  • Is the certificate specified in the CACERTIFICATEFILE parameter expired?

  • Is the correct file name specified in the CACERTIFICATEFILE parameter?

  • Is the correct protocol name specified in the SSLPROTOCOL parameter?

  • Is the correct cipher suite specified in the SSLCIPHERS parameter?

  • Is the correct service name specified in the BASESSL parameter?

  • Can the protocol name specified in the SSLPROTOCOL parameter on the server side be used on the client side?

  • Can the cipher suite specified in the SSLCIPHERS parameter on the server side be used on the client side?

  • Is the correct non-SSL communication host name specified in the non-SSL communication host configuration file?
