(S): Cannot execute the command.
(O): The details of the error are output to the integrated trace log. According to the output error message, see the start sequence definition file (Jp1svprm.dat) to check whether the paths to and the names of the defined commands are correct, or whether the file can be executed. If the execution file name is incorrect, specify the correct name.
