Attempt to forced stop the running remote monitor(s).

Remote monitoring will be stopped forcibly.

(S): Stops the currently running remote log monitoring, remote event log monitoring, and log file trap management service (or log-file trap management daemon in UNIX).
(O): If remote monitoring is running, stop JP1/IM, and then stop the log file trap management service (or the log-file trap management daemon in UNIX).
