The Event service cannot be connected even after the specified number of retries, so the processing will now stop. (ID=process-ID/thread-ID[monitored-name])
Log file trapping was stopped because the service could not be connected even after the log file trapping function performed the specified number of retries or even after 24 hours elapsed from the time the retries started.

Make sure that the deletion of the JP1 events does not cause a problem.
Then, re-execute the jevlogstart command after you have made sure that:

The event service is running. (You can check this by using the jevstat command.)

The service name specified for the ports parameter as an application port in the event server settings file (conf) is set in the services file.

Communication is possible between the address specified for the ports parameter in the event server settings file (conf) and the addresses specified for the server and client parameters in the API settings file.

When JP1/Base is operating with the ANY binding method on a host that uses IPv6 addresses, the IPv6 address of the local host is set in the jp1hosts2 information.
