Check the following:

Make sure that sufficient system resources and available memory are allocated.

If you use DNS to resolve the local host name, make sure that DNS is running.
If the system resources and memory are insufficient or DNS is not running, remove the cause of the error, and then restart the log file trap.
If the problem is not solved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
