Check the following:

Make sure that sufficient system resources and available memory are allocated.

Make sure that the size of the monitoring file is 2MB or less.

Make sure that the following directory or folder is enabled:
Windows: Base_Path\sys\tmp\event\logtrap
UNIX: /var/opt/jp1base/sys/tmp/event/logtrap
If system resources and memory are insufficient, the size of the monitoring file is 2MB or more, or the above directory or folder is not enabled, remove the cause of the error, and then restart the log file trap.
If the problem is not solved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
