Make sure that:

Sufficient system resources and available memory are allocated.

The event log is not damaged. (Make sure it can be viewed from the event viewer.)
If system resources and memory are insufficient or the event log is damaged, remove the cause of the error, and then restart the event log trap service.
If the problem is not solved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
