Make sure that the common definition information backup file output directory (folder) is not locked by applications like editor and you have access permission. Then perform uninstallation again.

If the error persists, refer to the Notes on installing and uninstalling JP1/Base in the JP1/Base User's Guide, install JP1/Base by overwriting it, and then uninstall it again.
