Make sure that:

• The identification name specified in the common definition is correct.

• The password of the information-search user registered in the password management system is correct.

• The status of the user account on the directory server is correct.

  - Make sure that the account is valid.

  - Make sure that the account has not expired.

  - Make sure that the account is not locked out.

  - Make sure that the password has not expired.

  - Make sure that the password contains at least one character.

  - Make sure that the User must change password at next login setting is not specified for the user.
