Check the process indicated by process-ID, and then take either of the following actions as required, and restart the event server:

Increase the buffnum value in the event server settings file.
If you specified include ses-conf to include the JP1/SES environment definitions, increase the value of the BUFFNUM parameter in the JP1/SES environment definition file.
