There is an error in the filter on the output line number. Make sure that:

There are no spelling errors in the specified attribute names or comparison keywords.
There are no comments written after the filter.
Double-byte spaces are not used as the delimiter.
Filter files created in Windows are not transferred using FTP in binary mode.

Correct the error in the filter on the output line number, and then re-execute the jevexport command.

Correct the error in the definitions of the forwarding settings file (forward), and then execute the jevreload command.
