The contents of the forward file for suppressing event-forwarding of host-name are different from those set at the time of suppression.

The contents of the forwarding settings file (forward) for the host (host-name) are different from the forwarding settings file (forward_suppress) that was sent when event-forwarding was suppressed (by executing the jevagtfw command with the -s option specified).

(S)

Terminates processing of the jevagtfw command.

(O)

Check why the system administrator of the agent host changed the forwarding settings file (forward). Then, use either of the following methods to stop the suppression of event-forwarding:

  • Forcibly stop the suppression of event-forwarding (execute the jevagtfw command with the -r and -f options specified).

If no problem occurs when the settings of the forwarding settings file (forward) are returned to the settings that existed before the suppression of event-forwarding, forcibly stop the suppression.

  • Stop the suppression of event-forwarding only for the manager (execute the jevagtfw command with the -r and -m options specified).

If you want to continuously use the forwarding settings file (forward) that was changed during suppression of event-forwarding, stop the suppression of event-forwarding only for the manager. The settings of the forwarding settings file (forward) for the agent are not returned to the settings that existed before the suppression of event-forwarding. In this case, compare the forward file with the forwarding settings file (forward_backup) that was backed up during suppression on the manager, and make sure that required definitions are not omitted.
