Re-execute the command after you have made sure that:

The plug-in service on the connected host is active.

The connected host has a name that can be resolved by both the manager host and the managed host.

The environment settings of JP1/Base for the connected host are correct.

The JP1/Base versions between the connected host and the manager host are compatible.
-
The network settings and the communication environment are correct.
-
Both the connected host and the manager host use the same IP address version (IPv4 or IPv6).

If the communication encryption function is in use, the settings for the communication encryption function are correct.
