An attempt to restart an internal function of the event service has failed.

If the number of times the internal function terminated abnormally is less than the maximum number of times defined in the restart parameter, the system attempts to restart the internal function. If it exceeds the maximum number of times, the system stops the event service.

If the event service stops, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
