(S)

Stops the event server.

(O)

Make sure that:

  • Timing at which logs are output

If the OS has been shut down, the OS might have forcibly stopped the system. In this case, no particular action is required.

  • The files under /usr/tmp/jp1_ses have not been deleted.

If the settings are specified so that the files under /tmp are automatically deleted by tools, make sure that the files under /usr/tmp/jp1_ses have not been deleted mistakenly. If the files were deleted, change the settings so that the files under /usr/tmp/jp1_ses are not deleted.

  • The number of messages queued in the message queue has not reached the system limit.

If the number of queued messages has reached the system limit, check and, if necessary, revise the kernel parameters so that the number of messages used by JP1/Base can be allocated.

If the problem cannot be corrected, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
