4.7.1 Setting up user dump output
Use the following procedure to specify in the registry the settings for outputting user dumps. Great care should be taken because registry operation might affect the entire machine.

From the Start menu, enter regedit in the Search programs and files field, and then press Enter.
If the User Account Control window is displayed, click the Yes button.

In the tree on the left side of the window, expand the following key:
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting

Right click on the Windows Error Reporting key, and select New, and then select Key.

Enter LocalDumps in the new key.

Select the created LocalDumps key, and then create the following three registries:
