OpenID authentication failed.

The OpenID authentication failed.

S:

Suspends processing.

O:

Check the following points to resolve the problem:

  • Is the OpenID provider defined correctly in the Intelligent Integrated Management Base definition file (imdd.properties)?

  • Is it possible to communicate with the OpenID provider?

  • Is the information of the Intelligent Integrated Management Base correctly registered with the OpenID provider?

  • When the REST API is used, is the correct access token that was issued by the OpenID provider specified?

  • When the REST API is used, is the OpenID provider configured so that the preferred_username claim of the access token is set to the login user name for the OpenID provider?

  • Does the Intelligent Integrated Management server host name for the Intelligent Integrated Management Base login URI match the Intelligent Integrated Management server host name for URI of the redirection URL specified in the jp1.imdd.oidc.<OpenID-provider-key-name>.redirect-uri property in the Intelligent Integrated Management Base definition file?

An HTTP session can be invalidated if cookies stored in the WWW browser are deleted or if the interval between an authentication request and the completion of the authentication is too long. Therefore, an HTTP session that is created during authentication request processing can be invalidated even if there is no problem with your settings and communications, causing authentication to fail. If this happens, try authentication by the OpenID provider in the Login window again.

If the above measures do not work, the client secret registered with the jddsetopinfo command may be invalid. Check the client secret registered in the OpenID provider and re-execute the jddsetopinfo command to perform registration, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

If the above measures do not work, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

For details about the Intelligent Integrated Management Base definition file (imdd.properties), see Intelligent Integrated Management Base definition file (imdd.properties) in Chapter 2. Definition Files in the manual JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Command, Definition File and API Reference.
