Make sure that the Event Service is running on the manager. If it is not running, start the Event Service, and then retry the operation.

Determine whether a memory shortage occurred. If so, restart JP1/IM - Manager, and then retry the operation.

Determine whether the manager host was in high load status. If so, wait awhile, and then retry the operation.

If the cause is other than the above or you cannot recover from the error after retrying the operation, contact the system administrator.
