In JP1/AJS3 - Manager, check the following, and then retry the operation:

Make sure that the host on which information is collected has sufficient memory.

The target logical host exists on the host from which information is collected.

The target scheduler service exists on the host from which information is collected.
If the cause is unknown, use the data collection tools for JP1/AJS3 - Manager and JP1/IM to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
