O:

Take corrective action as follows according to the cause of the error.

• The information source host is not running.

• There is a problem with the network that connects between JP1/IM and the information source host.

• JP1/AJS3 - Manager is not running.

• The target logical host does not exist on the host from which information is collected.

• The target scheduler service does not exist on the host from which information is collected.

Take the corrective action, and then try again.

If the cause is unknown, use the data collection tools for JP1/AJS3 - Manager and JP1/IM to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
