Check the following and remove the cause of the problem, and then synchronize configuration information in JP1/IM:

• The version of the JP1/PFM - Web Console is 12-00 or later.

• Services of the JP1/PFM - Web Console are running.

• The IM host can communicate with the JP1/PFM - Web Console host with the following settings:

  - The host name that is specified for Monitoring Console Host^# (if not specified, the host name output by the jpcconf host hostmode -display command)

  - The port number that is specified for Monitoring Console Port^# (if not specified, 20358)

  - The communication protocol that is specified for Monitoring Console Https^# (if not specified, http)

  #: Can be set and checked in JP1 Event Configurations of the Master Manage service in the Service window in the JP1/PFM - Web Console.
