Use the registered user name or the correct password to set the credentials, and then try again. If the problem still persists, contact the system administrator.

KAVJR2001-E

Set the credentials as a user with access permissions to JP1/PFM, and then try again.

KAVJR2002-E

Check and, if necessary, revise the settings of the authentication server, and then try again.

KAVJR2003-E

Change the authentication mode of JP1/PFM to the JP1 authentication mode, and then try again.

KAVJR2004-E

Check if the JP1 authentication server connects with the correct destination or if the server is up and running, and then try again.

KAVJR2005-E

Contact the system administrator.

KAVJR2006-E

Check that the agent corresponding to the specified IM management node has been set up with JP1/PFM - Manager. If so, use the user with access permissions to the hosts managed by the applicable agent to try the operation.

KAVJR2007-E

Wait a while, and then try again. If the problem still persists, check if the health check agent of JP1/PFM - Manager is up and running.

KAVJR2008-E

If the agent corresponding to the specified IM management node or the Store database for the applicable agent is not up and running, start the agent or the Store database, and then try again.

Wait a while, and then try again. If the problem still persists, check the status of the service for JP1/PFM - Manager.

KAVJR2010-E

Try again. If the problem still persists, restart the JP1/PFM - Web Console service. If the problem still persists after the service is restarted, contact the system administrator.

Check that JP1/PFM - Manager is running properly, and then try again. If the problem still persists, contact the system administrator.

Wait a while, and then try again.

Contact the system administrator.

Check and, if necessary, revise the value specified for the request message, and then try again.

KAVJR2016-E

Exit unnecessary applications on the JP1/PFM - Web Console host, and then try again.

Use the registered user name or the correct password to set the credentials, and then try again.

Connect to JP1/PFM - Manager that satisfies the prerequisites.

    Make sure that the values you set for the request message are correct, and then try again.

  • When the trend data display API or the time series data acquisition API is executed:

    Make sure that the values you set in the metric definition file are correct, and then try again.

Check if the agent can output the specified record ID, or if the agent's manually is necessary to registered in both JP1/PFM - Manager and JP1/PFM - Web Console, and then try again.

Specify the start date/time that is earlier than the end date/time, and then try again.

Check and, if necessary, revise the duration or interval for or at which performance data is retrieved, and then try again. If you want to retrieve the performance data without modifying the said duration or interval above, then extend the timeout length for reporting in the initialization file of JP1/PFM - Web Console, and then try again.

If the problem still persists, the service for JP1/PFM - Manager or the agent might be busy. Use the command to show the configuration and status of a service for Performance Management programs to check the status of the service.
