Check whether the file exists in the directory specifed by the command option. If the file exists check whether administrator (in Windows) or root (in UNIX) has read permission on the file.

If an error occurs when executing the jddcreatetree command and the above measures do not work, check the following content:

  • Check if the system node definition file exists. Also check if read permissions are given.

  • Execute the jcfexport command and check that it terminates normally.

    If the command terminates abnormally, take the corrective action given for the displayed error message.

  • Check if the Administrators group (in Windows) or the root user (in UNIX) is granted the read permission or write permission for the directory specified by the -o option of the jddcreatetree command.

  • Make sure that there is sufficient disk space.
