Check the following points, and then retry the access:

Obtain the URL again if you used the Operation menu button in the Integrated Operation Viewer window to obtain the URL.
Check whether the query parameter has a correct value and make corrections if necessary.
When seqno is indicated, check that an event with the event database serial number of seqno exists in the integrated monitoring database.
When sid is indicated, review the configuration to make sure that business group filtering does not exclude the target IM management node. If filtering is not performed, check that the IM management node for the tree SID specified for sid exists.
