The configuration of the IM database service is different than from when the backup was performed.
The database size and setup configuration for when a recovery command is used for failure recovery does not match the configuration of the backup acquired for use in failure recovery.

Set up the database configuration the same as for when the backup is acquired for use in failure recovery, and then re-execute the command.
