This message is output when the IM database service file configuration is invalid during unsetup.

Stop processing in response to the KNAN11009-Q message, check the following items, and then retry the unsetup.

• Make sure that no files remain in the IM database installation directory or data storage directory. If any files remain, delete all of the files.

• If unsetup was performed for the primary system in a cluster environment, make sure that the shared disk is mounted. If the shared disk is not mounted, mount it.

  If you have chosen to continue processing in response to the KNAN11009-Q message, restart the system to complete unsetup of the IM database service.
