The request "request name" cannot be executed because the business group configuration is locked by the user "user name: client host name".

The operation could not be performed because another user acquired the update permission.

Do the following:

In the Login User List window, check the user who has acquired the update permission.

If there is no problem, select the check box for the user who has acquired the update permission, and then click the Release Exclusive Editing button to release the update permission.
After the update permission is released, retry the operation.
