If the following detailed information is displayed, take the indicated corrective action.

IM Configuration Management database access error.
Make sure that the IM database is running. If it has stopped, start the event service, and then stop the remote log-file trap or remote event-log trap again.

The collection of log files did time-out.
The remote log-file trap and remote event-log trap were forced to stop because no response was sent from the monitored host.
In any other case, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
