If an error message was output immediately before this message, take the corrective action given for that error message. If an error message was not output, restart the remote-monitoring event log trap. If the problem cannot be resolved by restarting the remote-monitoring event log trap, restart JP1/IM - Manager, and then restart the remote-monitoring log file trap. If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
