• Is the virtual machine software running on the specified host?

• Is communication blocked by a firewall?

• Is communication enabled for the communication type specified in the -m option?

• If you attempted to collect the virtualization configuration from HCSM, make sure that the user name and password are specified correctly. Also make sure that you can log in to HCSM from the manager host by using the specified user name and password.
