Specify a central scope export file whose version is 08-10-00 or later. Perform the following to upgrade the central scope export file to the latest version.

Stop the JP1/IM - Manager service, and then execute the jp1csverup command.

After the command has finished, execute the jcsdbexport command to create an export file.
