Make sure that the IM Configuration Management Service is running. If the IM Configuration Management Service is not running, start it and then retry the operation. If the IM Configuration Management Service is running, check the processing results on the server to see if the problems listed below occurred. Correct the cause of the problem, and then retry the operation.

• The network cannot be used.

• OS resources such as memory and ports are temporarily insufficient.

• The communication encryption function settings have changed since JP1/IM - Manager started.

This message might also be displayed if output is temporarily suppressed because, for example, the window for executing commands is selected. In this case, cancel the selection to enable the output, and then retry the operation.
