Batch application of a configuration failed because an IM Configuration Management database access error occurred.

S:

Stops application of the configuration.

O:

If the following detailed information is displayed, take the indicated corrective action.

  • IM Configuration Management database access error.

    Execute the jimdbstatus command, and determine whether the IM database service is running. If the IM database service is not running, start the IM database service.

  • There are not enough resources.

    Make sure that there is sufficient disk space, memory, or other OS resources.

  • The product does not exist.

    In the IM Configuration Management window, make sure that JP1/Base is displayed in the product information for the host.

    If no host information is displayed in the window, click Collect Host Information, and then retry the operation.

  • The OS information does not exist.

    In the IM Configuration Management window, make sure that the OS type is displayed in the host information.

    If it is not displayed, click Collect Host Information, and confirm that the OS type is displayed.

  • The profile does not exist.

    Check the profile collection status in the IM Configuration Management window, and then determine whether profile collection is complete or partially complete.

If detailed information other than the above is output, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
