If the following detailed information is displayed, take the indicated corrective action.

There is not enough memory.

There is not enough disk space.
Make sure that there are sufficient OS resources such as disk space and memory.

Generation of the Central Scope import files failed because the version of the Central Scope export file data was old.
Execute the jp1csverup command to upgrade the central scope data to the latest version.
If detailed information other than the above is displayed, check the following item:

Was an error message output to the integrated trace log of the manager?
If an error message was output, take the corrective action given for that message.
If the problem cannot be solved by checking the above items, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
