An attempt to collect the virtualization configuration failed because communication with the host was not possible.

Stops collection of the virtualization configuration.

O:

Check the following items, and then retry the operation.

• Is the target host running?

• Has the target virtualization environment management software been started and set up?

• Has communication failure with the host occurred?

• If the target virtualization environment management software is SCVMM, make sure that the SCVMM management console on the JP1/IM - Manager host can connect to SCVMM on the target host. Also make sure that their versions are the same.

• If you attempted to collect the virtualization configuration from HCSM, make sure that the user name and password are specified correctly. Also make sure that you can log in to HCSM from the manager host by using the specified user name and password.
