Failed to read some of the root authentication certificates used by the communication encryption function for CF - View for the base manager. (directory = directory-name, file = file-name, file-name, ...)
An attempt to read some of the root certificates that are used by the communication encryption function in the IM configuration management viewer on the base manager has failed.

Check the items listed below, and then log in again. If the problem is not resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.

Check whether you have read permission for the root certificate. If not, set read permission for the root certificate.

Check the Windows event log to see if a shortage has occurred in an OS resource such as file descriptors.

Verify that there is no problem in the root certificate files.
