Is an IPv6 address entered for the connection host name?
Can the IPv4 address be resolved for the entered connection host name?
If the communication encryption function is enabled on the host to be connected to, have the encrypted communication settings been specified in JP1/IM - View?

Use the jco_spmd_status command to confirm that the connection host has been started.
