If the reason code is 3:
The event arrival time is invalid. Use the manager to check the system time, and confirm that the time is set correctly.

If the reason code is 4:
The event registration time is invalid. Check the system time at the host that registered the event, and confirm that the time is set correctly.
If the problem is other than the above, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
