S:: If the error occurs when event generation function is running, the system stops event generation function because no event can be acquired.
O:: Specify * or SYSTEM (in Windows) or root (in UNIX) as the users parameter in the JP1/Base event server setting file, and then restart JP1/Base and JP1/IM - Manager.
