An attempt to delete a file or directory of JRE failed because a program of JP1/IM - Central Console or JP1/IM - View is running and the JRE files and directories could not be accessed.

Cancels processing.

O:

Perform the following procedures:

(1) Stop any program products that are running.

(a) If the message is output to the directory View-path\bin\jre:

Stop JP1/IM - View.

(b) If the message is output to the directory Console-path\bin\jre:

Stop all instances of JP1/IM - View that are connected to JP1/IM - Central Console, and then stop any instances of JP1/IM - Central Console running on the physical host or a logical host.

(2) Reinstall the product you have been attempting to install.
