  Corrective action: Execute the command again as a user with Administrator permissions.

• detailed-information: The service does not exist.

  Corrective action: The JP1/IM - Manager service is not registered. Make sure that the JP1/IM - Manager service is registered, and then retry the operation.

  If the JP1/IM - Manager service is not registered, re-install JP1/IM - Manager.

• detailed-information: Other

  Corrective action: Use the data collection tool to collect data, and then provide the detailed information to a system administrator.
