Check the following, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager. If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

Determine whether you have write permission for the directories listed below. If not, set permissions for these directories.
In Windows
Physical host: manager-path\conf\ssl
Logical host: shared-directory\JP1IMM\conf\ssl
In UNIX
Physical host: /etc/opt/jp1imm/conf/ssl
Logical host: shared-directory/jp1imm/conf/ssl

Determine whether a keystore exists. If it does, delete the keystore.
