Execute the jco_spmd_status command, and then check the status of JP1/IM - Manager. If JP1/IM - Manager has not stopped, re-execute the jco_stop command.
If using the IM database service, execute the jimdbstatus command, and then check the status of the IM database service. If the IM database service has not stopped, re-execute the jco_stop command.
