  Check whether the email environment definition file exists at the storage location.

  If the file does not exist, create the file by copying the model file of the email environment definition file, and then specify the definition again.

  If the email environment definition file exists, check whether you have access permissions to read and write the file.

• Reason: An I/O error occurred.

  Check whether you have access permissions to read and write the email environment definition file.

  Also check whether the file system is normal.

  If the system does not recover from the error after re-executing the command, collect data for JP1/IM, and then contact a system administrator.
