Take corrective action based on the reason.

• Reason: The connection-destination host is not found.

  Check the following items, and then re-execute the command:

  - Is the host name of the SMTP server correct?

  - Can the host name for the SMTP server be resolved?

  - Is the SMTP port number correct?

• Reason: The command cannot connect to the host.

  Check the following items, and then re-execute the command:

  - Is the SMTP server running?

  - Are the SMTP server and manager host connected correctly?

  - Has a communication error occurred?

• Reason: A timeout occurred in the send processing.

  A timeout occurred because the server or network was in high load status. Wait a while and then retry the operation

  If this message is output frequently, change the timeout values specified for ConnectTimeout and SoTimeout in the email environment definition file according to your operation.

• Reason: A mail server error = message

  Check the message, and then re-execute the command.

  If the system does not recover from the error, collect data for JP1/IM, and then contact a system administrator.
